Urs, is everything allright with the OSC Sync ?, when i try to render something it sounds like the sync needs to reset for a few tones and then it act normaly rest of the rendering.
It happens at random, sync is set to +12 for producing a small attack click on some guitars i'm creating.
listen in the start here..... the tones behaves after a few strokes.

Its very obvious on the middle guitar when it comes in.

Hey,
hmmm... strange thing. So it happens only when rendering but not during normal playback? Is rendering at a higher samplerate than normal playback?

Seems that it also happens at normal playback... its almost as the sync is trying to correct it self according to the base pitch. I play a short note... wait 4 sec play it again for roughly 8 times until the clicks graduadly stops.
Ok i can reproduce it:
1. take a patch from scratch.
2. turn on sync
3. set sync to +12
4. set TUNE to -12
5. select SpectroBlend Waveform
6. draw the fist partial (sine waves are best to show the problem)
Save the patch, unload instance, reload instance, reload patch
Try play a short C3 now and wait 2 sec between key press.

Does osc reset have any affect on this?mkastrup wrote:Seems that it also happens at normal playback... its almost as the sync is trying to correct it self according to the base pitch. I play a short note... wait 4 sec play it again for roughly 8 times until the clicks graduadly stops.
