Not meaning to speak for him, but I don't think zerocrossing was negatively critiquing your playing in any way, just the way the YRG tracks.. he comes from a Yamaha G10 background, and once you've played a G10, the comparison benchmark is already pretty high for any midi/guitar type of device..

Thanks soundloop. That's not me in the vid. I guess it was assumed cause I didn't say until a page or two ago it was a buddy of mine playing. So i'm not insulted.
I just like to act out a little when I see ppl say what I feel are in the realm of stupidity. I really don't get too mentally involved with it all. :D

It was just a stupid remark to make considering it's a new and evolving product...not to mention in the low market concerning cost.

I could care less where they are or where they went, aside from the snarky tude, the question remains:

my order has not shipped yet, so I sent in a request for a refund. I don't want to have to mess with it so much to get it to kinda work.

I'll let you know customer service is like.

Sorry to hear that Riley. Not sure if you said you were on the pre-order list of 500 or more. Or if your in the US.
Don't know how long you've been watching this thread...but I can tell you I made a post regarding all pre-order customers. It said how Doug from Inspired asked that we call his answering machine and leave our purchase info. I posted the number.

What had happened...all order's banking information taken, that became older then 30 days, were no longer accessible and expired.
So...unless you provided them with your payment information a second time, your order could not be fully processed.

If you have any further questions I can help you with, let me know.

So how about linking to them, instead of copping an attitude? What help was I to him? None, yet. I plan on messing with the string tension today, after Maruuk was so kind as to share what OS he was using, and I can now try it on Vista. Thank you for being helpful, Maruuk.

I am not policing anyone, Annode. I just find your attitude extremely annoying. Sorry. I find it pretty amazing that you know the answers or have opinions on something, yet won't link to it or say something. Incredibly rude.

I thought this was a place to share ideas and help, not cop a snarky attitude. Generally, in other parts of the forum I've participated in here over the years, it has been very much helpful and informative.

I'd like to move on from this, but it's rather difficult with every few posts being like those above. I'm not trying to be combative at all, but I really don't get why you see to be. It's baffling.

My order number was 580 and they charged my card last week and it still has not shipped. It's not a matter of shipping time, I'm in no hurry, it sounds like it does not work very well.
Do you still have the phone number for the answering machine?
