Hi support; In order to install my Ivory Italian Grand on my Receptor 2 Pro Max, I've been trying to install the Ivory 1.7 prep installer on my Receptor, running System Version 1.8.20100623. It keeps saying"Failed" . All others actions but this one seem to work. My iLok is updated. Is there a solution to this? Best Regards, Niels
