This is becoming aggravating.
I can load individual presets no problem, but the preset scrolling functionality isn't happening, nor are presets within a folder shown in the drop-down menus.
Thing is, I've installed and re-installed this a couple times - on the first re-install, I realized that I needed to clear the registry of any old references to Thesys - problem solved. But on the 2nd re-install, even using a reg-cleaner is not helping.
I've hunted for all Thesys-related content and links on my machine, deleted, and re-installed, started Reaper as Admin, etc. and still no luck.
Any suggestions for getting this to work would be most welcome.
As with the original poster: Windows 7 64 bit with Reaper (installed as 32 bit).

I was having this same problem but found a fix/workaround. On my system (win7 x64, REAPER x64) the registry had the wrong paths to the Thesys preset folders. They started with something like 'c:\programme' instead of the folder where I installed thesys. I changed the keys to use the path to my folder and I am now seeing the presets. Use regedit, search for Thesys and see what the keys with names like 'installpath', 'contentpath', presetpath01, etc are on your system.
Looks to me like this was due to an installer error.

Sorry to resurrect this thread but I just wanted to say thanks a lot for posting that fix! Been pulling my hair out all day trying to get it to work, awesome!
