Yeah... actually, my first thought was that it was probably Zebra. Kind of cool to have that confirmed!

Wow... little shout out to Uhbik-A too... can't say I disagree there...Urs wrote:(he goes on in that email with a little bug report but nevermindHZ wrote:Yes, Zebra performed flawlessly and inspiringly on "Inception", with
Howie and myself constantly coming up with new sounds. It's very efficent, at one point there were 52 Zebras in the sequence. I was using the Uhbik A chap a lot too.)

Yeah, that was the Virus Polar.
Might have been just being used as a controller or might have been being layered with the notebook?

This is awesome. I was just having a discussion with a friend yesterday saying, "I'm pretty sure Urs is LOLing over the fact that a Virus TI was being used to control Zebra. Classic!"Urs wrote:I wouldn't be surprised...zvenx wrote:wasnt there someone playing an Access Virus, or was that only a controller?

Just to add to all the kudos here, the movie was outstanding. Saw it at midnight on Thursday night. Seeing it again tomorrow on IMAX. It's brilliant beyond words, and the score (though very similar in ways to Dark Knight) is as brooding, impending, and unsettling as each scene needs it to be. The final piece, "Time" starts hauntingly mellow, builds to a ridiculous crescendo and then brings it right back to where it started. When it ends, and you see the final scene in the movie, there is an elegant simplicity and brilliance to that moment and it just kicks so much ass.
Kudos to all parties involved. This is a game changer.

And there's the review I wanted to read!! I'm headed to an early showing with my brother tomorrow. I can't say enough how excited I am to see this movie. It'll be on the regular screen, but I'm hoping I like it enough to watch again on the Imax screen too.nebulae wrote:This is awesome.
