License transfer ?

Is it possible to transfer my license to another customer ?
As I've stopped producing music, I'd like to sell mine.

Is there a transfer fee ?

Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. I went to the website and saw the €139. Didn't notice the VAT.

All I know is that it will become NFR, so the buyer won't be allowed to sell it again.

Licenses are transferable, but there is a license transfer fee involved that should be paid by the person the license is transferred to. This fee is currently set at 10 Euro. If Sylenth1 was purchased at a discount, the fee will be 50% of the difference between the current price and the price it was purchased at (with a minimum of 10 Euro).

Licenses can be transferred only once. If you buy a license second hand you will not be able to sell it again.

If you decide to sell your license you must uninstall Sylenth1 and completely remove all files related to it, including the installer, license files and any emails containing download information.

To complete a license transfer I'll need confirmation emails from both seller and buyer.

Im sort of confused by that. The part that says, if sylenth1 was purchased at a discount, does that mean the original purchaser bought the original copy at a discount? Or the original purchaser is selling it at a discount? E.g. if the person selling bought sylenth at full price, but is now selling it for say 50 less then that new sale has a fee of 25? or would it only matter if the person selling bought it originally at say 50 less than new?

I think he's meaning that the fee will be 50% of the difference between the current price and the price it was purchased NEW.

I think the reason is that some time ago Sylenth1 was on sale/group buy and a lot of people jumped in then from what I heard.

Ok thats what I figured it was for. Was hoping it wasnt meant to be against people that purchased full price, and now selling it at a discount and forcing the new purchaser to tell the developer their new price.
