Zebra GUI problem

Hi all,
I thought I'd post this here rather than sending a support email to Urs - maybe someone else has already experienced this and can shed some light.
Been working on a project this afternoon in Cubase; when I reopen it, Zebra's GUI is larger than standard size and is blank. If I try to open another Zebra instance I get 'U-he Error - file couldn't be opened' with a reference to Zebra2.txt in the Scripts folder. Whatever I do, I can't access Zebra.
If I quit Cubase and open a blank project, Zebra is fine. Tried opening other Zebra projects - they're fine too. It seems this one has somehow been corrupted.
Anyone had a similar problem? Any ideas how I might retrieve the project?
Many thanks in advance.

Update -
I've tried all sorts of things (Zebra re-install, unloading all the Kontakt stuff & re-saving) & it turns out the solution was....
Resave Cubase project with a different name.
(Head-slap) Doh!

I use this thread to put in my GUI problem with ACE and automap.
Everytime that i use the automap version of ACE, the GUI is cut at 3/4 of the right side in Ableton Live, i've to switch it to a smaller size and the to the normal size to obtain the complete normal size.
This happens everytime that i close/reopen the plugin window on Live.
I haven't problems if i load the original plugin, the not-automapped version.

@JeeTee: Are you using Cubase 64 bit? Maybe the project file loads teh 32-bit version whereas a fresh instance is the 64-bit beta of Zebra? Or maybe you have 2 Vstplugin folders with a Zebra each?
@Rics: Hmmm... Automap... it never really liked my stuff did it? I'm thinking of an overall improvement for this issue when hosts are startled by plugins that don't know their size until their editor is actually opened.

Not so urgent to fix, just annoying!Urs wrote: @Rics: Hmmm... Automap... it never really liked my stuff did it? I'm thinking of an overall improvement for this issue when hosts are startled by plugins that don't know their size until their editor is actually opened.

@Urs: All 32 bit here. Just checked for double installations - nope, certainly not now that I've re-installed. I guess it was just one of those weird gliches! If it happens again I'll let you know. Thanks.
