Hi there,

at my last gig with my Receptor one Komplete 5 inside, was a quite uncomfortable.
I saved all my patches in Sound and Performance and whatever possible.
Every time i loaded for playing on Stage parameters like Vioce limiting, sound itself had to be reloaded and editet
a new.
This happend since the last system update.

Is there anybody out there who has a solution for this? Can i reload the older Systemsoftware, because this worked for me.

PTC,

I'm not entirely sure I understand your message. You write that you save patches in sound and performance and wherever possible...

We don't really have save fields like that. You should have saved patches as 'sources' 'singles' and 'multis'. Can you explain a little bit more in-depth?

The 1.7 OS has been in field since 2008, and I haven't really heard of any patch save issues reported yet.

Hi there,

when i saved a source, a single Patch and Peformances, and reload a performace, Parameters were not saved, so i have to reedit those parameters.
An Example:
I have a Performance setup with 10 Chanels so i can play each one on my Yamaha S 90 ES in Mutimode, a very comfortable thing. When playing the sound on midi chanel one i programed the Kontakt 3 with a Harp gliss played quite deep. I programed the gliss in Chanel One and have Strings on Chanel two . I used the Zonevoice Limiting in the Midisection of Recptor, so that the Harpgliss is not covered with the Strings. I saved the Performance, the single of each Chanel and Source, but every time when i reload the performance the string sound always cover the Harpgliss, and this is only one Example of ten.

PTC,

From that description, it sounds like you saved items a bit backwards. The 'multi' is the largest kidn of patch, and dictates EVERYTHING that is loaded on the receptor. So if you make a save to the 'multi' patch, and then make changes to smaller items like singles and sources you have to re-save that multi, otherwise it will not be updated with the changes. I generally recommend saving items from smallest to largest (ex: save sources, singles, THEN your multi) to ensure all changes are saved properly.

Hi Kevin,

i understand this, but when i program something or change something i always save all three savings possible right after the editing and it's still not loading correctly the multis.
The only thing i can imagine is that my midi communication of the yamaha S 90 ES and receptor causes troubleshooting, but i checked this either and yamaha has the one of the best Midiprotocol on the market.
