Yep, and all the additional presets show up in the "Downloaded" section and work fine when I use Morphine in FL or as a standalone program. It's just in Pro Tools that I'm having trouble.

It works fine here. I just downloaded some presets from within Morphine wrapped as an RTAS and they show up as downloaded.

Do you have version 2.2.22 of the downloader? If not, try updating (through the download manager's options menu, make sure the downloader isn't open anywhere else).

Did you buy those Sawer sounds? If so, did you download and run a new regcode after buying them?
Yes, I bought them :) and toxic too. Now I am confuced...when I open the sawer factory addition on my profile it only says:
You need to download these presets from within the plugin.
For more info, just check this Knowledge Base article:
There is no regcode for sound sets? Do you mean that I should download FL regcode? or sawer and toxic regcodes again? This would be could to mention in webpage... :)

There's only one regcode file for all products. You can download it from another product in your user account, it doesn't matter which.

Allright, that propably will do the trick :) Thanks!

Yeah, I'm using version 2.2.22. Even uninstalled it and reinstalled in case something had gotten messed up. It still shows that it downloads and installs (again, super slow) but nothing changes; the additional presets stay in the Online section. And again, this is only in Pro Tools; standalone and FL it works fine.

Tried again Sat., Sun. and just now (Monday midday). Still no luck. I get the same behavior as before: a message flashes in the IL Download Manager window that goes by too fast to read, and the requested item shows up in the list with the status "Error". I have the same problem with Morphine and Sakura entries. Had I not successfully obtained a couple of entries from each previously, I'd think I was doing something wrong. But it did work once on a few items.

What error message does it show in the status bar of the Download Manager application if you click on one of the failed items in the list?

It says only the following at the bottom of the window:

version 2.2.18 [0]

Once again, there does seem to be some sort of error/diagnostic message that flashes immediately before the downloaded item is put into the list with the status of "Error", but it isn't displayed long enough to read.

Please update the downloader, this looks like something I've fixed recently.

You can update the downloader in two ways:
1. click Options > Check for updates now in IL Download Manager
2. download the installer from your user account ("Content Library" product) and install it manually

OK, I got the latest Download Manager and made progress. I was able to get all the Sakura extras. However, with Morphine, in all cases I get "version 2.2.23 [404] ERROR: File not found".

Could you give me some examples of Morphine presets that fail to download this way?

I cannot get any of them. Using an earlier version of the Download Manager, I was able to get Keys and Strings, but nothing else. I'm reluctant to retry downloading those ... why tamper with something that worked?

Just to be 100% certain I'm going about this correctly, my successful downloads have happened by 1) expanding a synth, 2) expanding a category, 3) clicking on the first entry for the category and 4) clicking the download icon beneath the tree view. That way worked with all the Sakura downloads and the two Morphine downloads I managed to get.

Hm ... I can download any of them so I'm not sure what's going wrong here.

There are only two actual downloads available for Morphine, though, and those are the additional preset packs that can be bought in the shop (Morphine Factory Addition) and the FrankGenusBank 1 pack.

So you should have this situation after installation:
- 367 presets in the downloaded section
- 128 presets across various categories in the online section
- 64 presets in the FrankGenusBank1 folder in the online section

You can then download the Factory Addition presets by downloading one of the presets in, for example, the "(01) Pads & Atmos" category. This will download all of those presets at once.

The same goes for the FrankGenusBank1 presets.

So here's what I suggest:
1. uninstall Morphine
2. make sure the folder c:\Program Files\Image-Line\Morphine is empty (note: in Windows x64 this is "Program Files (x86)")
3. reinstall Morphine and make sure you have the 367 standard presets
4. try to download one of the online presets

Check.

Check - exactly 367 files (and 10 folders) under c:\Program Files\Image-Line\Morphine\SoundBanks

>4. try to download one of the online presets

Still problems. I had four failures, after which I had three successful downloads and then all failures on the remainder. The three that I managed to download were Vintage Digital, SFX and Percussion, of which only Vintage Digital seemed to be of substantial size. I tried all the others and immediately got the 404 error.

Note: the first time I tried this, I got only keys and strings, and failed with every other attempt. So, I'm seeing the same problem as I did intially, but with different categories.
