Initially I had planned to wait until you announce new upcoming products, but I now decided that I would like to take Spectralive NXT 3.5 anyway.

The zip file contains the version for PC in Native VST format and Mac OS X (PPC and Intel Mac) AudioUnit /VST versions including factory presets for both platforms. If only Reaper gives GUI bugs, then maybe filing a bug report at Cockos is worth the trouble too.
