Hi! Hope someone can help. I have a preset with some annoying "freerun thing". I don't know what alters the sound when I hit the same key more times,
but I want it to sound the same every time i hit the actual note.

My ace preset is here: http://www.softsynth.hu/rpee/ace/EXAMPLE.h2p

Could be the phaser

It *is* the phaser (top right section). Click "phaser" and set it to off.

Thanx - it's really the phaser. But this means I can't use the phaser, when I need "static" sounds because this phaser works in "freerun mode" so it's not retriggered with every note...

No, the phaser is an effect, like the delay. It works on all voices combined. As it's not embedded in the voice structure, it doesn't react on note events.

I wouldn't expect it to work the way dune_rave described, but thinking about it, that would be very cool if you could patch it in that way, would that be do-able at all, or is it totally off the cards?

Yes, unfortunately. The Chrous/Phaser isn't really suited for integration into the voice architecture. I'll try to add something similar (comb filters etc.) to ACE's big sisters in Berlin Modular, but can't say for sure yet.
