Easier plugin submission please.

I've been designing plugins since 2002, and I've since then hesitated to submit my plugins into the database here at KvR. Why? The process is to cumbersome. You have to take a lot of unnecesary steps submitting the database entries to the admin via email, which is so 1992 with today's standards in web forms.

Registering a new plugin should be as simple as creating a new acount here on KvR. That should suggest something about the lazyness of the plugin designers who refuse to submit their plugins with such a complicated system in place today.

I've got JBM Razoredge signed into the database, but it wasn't me who submitted it. It links to the wrong page, and have no proper download link. These things would be altered if and when the plugin webform is available.
