Otristan,
I have Mach Five 2, and UVI workstation. From what you mentioned earlier I can load Mach Five 2 sounds in UVI Workstation, does this include sounds I make inside mach five 2 as well? I can't seem to load any of my sounds,not sure what I'm doing wrong.Any idea's? thanks

fwiw Motu BPM loads my Mach Five 2 sounds just fine though,but I'm more interested in using these in UVI workstation until a few adjustments are made with bpm n racks for example,saving multi's etc. anyhow your thoughts are welcome

to be more specific, when I try to load my mach five 2 presets it won't load them,it will load wav samples,but this is it,any clue what's happening? my ilok is fine,as it works with Motu bpm just fine. Using mach five 2.02 fwiw

Hi,

What I've mentioned is that UVIWorkstation load M5v2 bundled soundbanks (UFS files) not single preset. This is restricted by design.

Do you guys plan on supporting this in the future? I really like the speed of UVI workstation and the browser is alot more intuitive compared to mach five 2, which is awfully slow. Anyways I think it would be great if you guys lifted or tweaked the design to where it could load our presets..

I really like my Synths Anthology, used it today even on a 'so called'

track I was doing!

It's the bloody Ilok

stuff I hate, that's why I only own Synths Anthology, you have other sets I may of bought but haven't because it's a ball ache, Synths Anthology is 1st class,

I also own Sonic Synth 2, Samplemoog and Kontakt Retro Machines plus a few VA synths, but I still go to this library all the time, I always seem to find a suitable sound when I'm stuck!

This company IMO serves up junk. Their last version of Plugsound Pro did not work on my MacBook Pro with Logic, though advertised, and their new Workstation does not properly load into Logic and pick up all the sound patches from the prior version. All it did was mess up my computer. Now I have to go in a carefully remove this clumsy piece of software and avoid damage to my valuable MacBook Pro. My mistake for trusting an incompetent company, IMO.

Just outta curiosity how careful do you have to be to uninstall a program on a macbook pro? I didn't think or know they we're that delicate or difficult to uninstall a program.

fwiw UVI apps have been extremely stable on my cpu.

Hi,

What does not properly load means ?
Are you using the 1.1.7 version ?

UVIWorkstation do not load instead of PlugsoundPro so sessions are not directly compatible. It's maybe your issue ?

can you name any of the presets for theramin type sounds in synths anthology? I found one last night,,but lost it. so many sounds I can't remember what folder I was in

ALSO one question about global cc's, is it possible to set a few cc's yet to respond each time to cutoff and resonance for all patches in a global way?

I'm afraid I can't answer that.
I would try to use the search functionality of the browser if it has theremin/solo/mono something like that in it names.
As far as I know any simple sine/saw in mono mode with a little delay should work fine.

Regarding remote controlling, we might come up with something one day with CopperLan guys.

So now that you have Plugsound Pro, how would you say it stacks up against Halion Sonic (esp. the brass)?
