Hello,

is it in any way possible installing komplete 7 on receptor pro jr or parts of it? And can I use Alicia's keys on the same receptor? I dont have a receptor, so I can't try it. But I could get this receptor-version (pro jr.) and I don't know if I realy want. ;-)

Thank you for your help.
Sorry for my terrible English.

Yes, when you have your Receptor contact Muse Research through a support ticket and we will help you.

:!: :-o Warning to all, this response is not correctly. Because of this response I bought a used Receptor Pro Jr. Now one day later Rick answered via Support Ticket the following:

"I'm sorry to say Komplete 7 cannot be installed on to a Receptor with a 1.7
OS. Only Receptor 2 with the 1.8 OS would be able to install Komplete 7."

I am furious!

I wasted my money

Matthias,

It looks like rick may have just mis-read your post, thinking it was a Receptor 2 PRO. I understand this is a unfortunate mistake, and apologize on behalf of Muse Research and our support team for the mistake.

I would like to take this opportunity to let all those KVR folks that there are better ways to contact Muse Research with compatibility questions:

- If your registered with plugorama, open a help desk ticket. These require you to put in important system info like your Receptor serial number and OS version so it's clear to our support staff what configuration of Receptor you use.

- Call our tech support line. We won't charge you for a quick compatability question.

- write to info@museresearch.com or sales@museresearch.com. The people who answer these e-mails will know the right questions to ask to determine your model of Receptor and foward the question on to our support staff.

Once again sorry for the misunderstanding.

- Kevin
