Hi everyone!
Wouldn't it be a nice idea if we would make a complete album just with zebra?
I think this would be a lot of fun. We have enough talented people here in the community.
We could upload it to soundcloud or something like that. Maybe this would even be nice "marketing" for zebra.
Just an idea.
Cheers
Dennis

Cool! But basic limitation is all sounds must be from Zebra only (drums also).Bronto Scorpio wrote:Great! I'll start to make a track in a few minutes

Yep that would be the limitation. You can use ZRev and Zebrify if you want.runray wrote:Cool! But basic limitation is all sounds must be from Zebra only (drums also).Bronto Scorpio wrote:Great! I'll start to make a track in a few minutes

What you think about it?
No external FX, samples, plugins....
Everything has to be done with the "Zebra bundle".
Just export the song as a 256kbps MP3 and upload it somewhere. We can collect the tracks later
It would be really nice if some people would make some tracks
Cheers

I'd honestly prefer relaxing the constraints to allow grooves and rhythm section made outside Zebra.

I'm in for the "only zebra bundle allowed" (zebra, zebralette, zrev and zebrify).
The drums can be easily done with zebra, there are tons of presets already that shows this!

I think it's ok if you just "play" the samples. No further processing, though.runray wrote:No! No samples! =)Urs wrote:You could sample the vanilla drumsmabian wrote:I'd honestly prefer relaxing the constraints to allow grooves and rhythm section made outside Zebra.
And all samples have to be sampled from zebra and nothing else of course!

Maybe Urs should set some rules

I'm not good at production, but it will give me something to strive for, so I'll give it a shot too.
Mine will need no samples or any else except Zebra, and Zebrify.
It will give me a chance to do something besides noodling, and short loop things.

THats true. But the same thing aplies to other sounds. We'll never know if every sound is from Zebra. We just have to trust each otherrunray wrote:OK, but how can we know it?Bronto Scorpio wrote:And all samples have to be sampled from zebra and nothing else of course!
