Final version for all MeldaProduction effects to 4.00 is out!

Hey folks,

so the final version 4.00 is here. Major update focuses mainly on performance. Improvements has for some plugins exceeded 300%. It also adds "online preset exchange" system...

And there are also 2 new plugins. MMultiBandRhythmizer is an extended version of our MRhythmizer available exclusively for users of MTotalBundle and MCreativeBundle.
MMultiBandDynamicsLarge extends our MMultiBandDynamics by adding a sidechain and an additional processor. It is available inside MMultiBandDynamics package as well as in MTotalBundle and MMasteringBundle.

The update is available via update manager, update installer and newest installer for Windows users. Mac OS users and users of free plugins have to use the newest installer in all cases.

Hello, another little glitch updating freebies from 3.02 to 4.00 PC, WinXP SP3.

The updater stops almost immediately on execution with an error telling there's a missing definition file.

Uninstalled 3.02, installed 4.0 with full installer and everything is ok.

Hi Mario,

thanks for letting me know. I'll check it out, though I already did several times and never found anything. It seems it is somehow related to some computers. Anyway if this happens, you don't need to uninstall anything, also you can just download and run the updater from the website.

hi Vojtech, no, my DAW doesn't have Internet so I cannot update from the net directly.

I do all updates and installs offline.

Like last time, not a biggie, just reporting to help you fix it and give a better update experience to all users.

Aaaha, so it was the offline installer? Then it looks like you have some kind of buggy antivirus/antispyware/sregistry cleaner, that removed the installation log. I'll look into this anyway. Which product it is related to btw?

Ah sorry, yes, it's the offline updater 4.00 for freebies.

I had 3.02 installed, tried to run the updater for 4.0.

For your information, I tried relaunching the offline 4.00 updater after having 4.00 already installed and working.

A message box popped up immediately telling that that update cannot continue because of a missing definition file.

Now that's interesting! What OS are you using? And you tried correct one, right? (Like Win64 after you installed Win64).

Same exact offline installer I tried for going 3.02 -> 4.00, I'm on WinXP SP3 (Italian).

And there's no plaftofm mismatch, I have the 32 bit updater which is around 16MB - the 64 bit file is 30MB and has a 64 in the name...

Ok. Please run regedit (just type it into the run program field, or find it in the start menu). Then go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\uninstall

and find the product (e.g. MeldaProduction MTotalBundle). Inside that folder is a value called "UninstallString", which should point to "setup.exe" at your installation folder. Check the folder actually exists and "setup.state" is in that folder. If everything seems fine, please send me the "setup.state" file to info@meldaproduction.com and I'll check what is wrong with it.

I bought the creative bundle a while ago but honestely haven't used it much since It used quite some CPU on my machine using them in 96khz (have 2 x Xeon's 2.6ghz). I liked the effects but overall it killed it for me using it since the need to render tracks to make them any usable. I was also thinking of selling them some time in future.

...UNTIL, the last 4.0 update! It's suddenly a whole different ballgame. CPU is absolutely amazing and I start to have really a blast using these plugins.
This is an exceptional example of CPU optimization. Well done! Thanks guys!!!
