Ditto Phil's comments. I don't really need Komplete, but would love to have access to the new Kontakt 4 player libraries - not to mention the most current PianoTeq, VB3, and of course Ivory stuff. These are the things that will help sell Receptors to your average gigging musician. I say that with full appreciation to what I already enjoy on my Receptor 2.

I also love my Receptor 2 Pro Max and just purchased Komplete 7. I read the reply from MuseResearch Support advising to create a support ticket for instructions on installing.
I went to the area to create a ticket and what I'm seeing seems to be saying I have to pay a minimum of $39.00 for instructions on how to install Komplete 7? I'm sure this can't be true, but I'm not certain what other actions I'm supposed to take in this area to find out how to install it prior to the full release of DirectInstall 2.
Maybe the support ticket is just the vehicle but for this the $39.00 doesn't apply? I recognize fair value and want the vendors I support to be compensated and stay in business, but I'm sure I must be misunderstanding how I'm supposed to proceed from here...?

Ok, well created a ticket requesting instructions, I'd assume they just need to document details like hw and sw versions in the system and proceed from there. Likely disregard the question about paid support for install instructions. Thx

As of now all charges for support are in regards to help over the phone. All help desk tickets are free and are answered in the order received.
Thanks,

I have Ivory 2 and Komplete 7, and yes they both are installed and running on my receptor Pro Max. Love Scarbee Mark I, by the way and Ivory is truly extraordinary. This is not the only way to take these great products on the road, but it is by far the BEST way to do it.
Thanks Muse Research,
Ed
