Yesterday I had posted that CSR can be found for $99 on Musician's Friend, and I just looked again on that same site, and they also have the same thing but it's an Education version $159.
http://pro-audio.musiciansfriend.com/pr ... sku=703310
Imagine paying that much extra for nothing, they should discount both versions I would think. It's funny how it says "...we will beat any price..."

I just got the email that UA has kicked off their end-of-year sale a little early this time around:
http://www.uaudio.com/products/store/index.html
Add in the $25 coupon that we all get, on top of that, and some of these plugs look pretty hard to resist. Their recently-upgraded plate reverb, the EMT 140 is f**king incredible, incidentally. It's worth buying an old UAD-1 card for that alone. IMHO.
Will be interesting to see how insane all the holiday promos get this year...

I was meandering around NovaMusik and came across this, the last item listed in their Fall clearance:
http://www.novamusik.com/search.aspx?ty ... =357&lbs=4
Yellow Tools Independence Pro 2.0 for $99. Not clear whether this is the version that requires the key, but you could upgrade for 39 EU (or 32.77 EU in the US) to version 2.5, which I believe doesn't.
If you've been following the YT threads here, you know that this is very much a caveat emptor deal.

I wonder if Arturia will still let you get the 3-for-1 deal if you buy one of their synths somewhere else (besides AudioMidi.com), because I found one of them for $99 on another site:

Still not sure about the 3-for-1 deal. Still only two serials have been passed on to me, and no reply from AudioMidi.com yet.Examigan wrote:I wonder if Arturia will still let you get the 3-for-1 deal if you buy one of their synths somewhere else (besides AudioMidi.com), because I found one of them for $99 on another site:

It might work, as this is how they wrote it on their site:
Buy one individual Arturia software title from audioMIDI.com and get two more FREE when you register your product with Arturia.
How would they know where you bought it from when you go and register it?

Melodyne Essential is now available as a Vst. Its $69 until the 31st of December then it goes up to $99.
As always though, we in the EU have to pay an extra 19% VAT £59/€69. I suppose its still a decent price, you can then upgrade at some point to assistant for £85.

I wouldn't go near that, all they seem to be doing is sell sell sell, yet there are big holes in support .My 2cents.GreyLion wrote:I was meandering around NovaMusik and came across this, the last item listed in their Fall clearance:

Do you get a disc with all those synths, but they are trial versions, then Audiomidi gives you one activation code at first, and then through this 3-for-1 deal you get 2 more codes that you can use on Arturia's site?
