I've been enjoying and using the MMultiBandHarmonizer very much. I think it would be very useful to have a new plugin based on it that has the following features:
- 2-4 voices (rather than the practically unlimited) in vocoder mode
- Each voice has controls for pan, level, delay, feedback
and if possible:
- diatonic/scale mode option with custom scale option
Thanks for your great work!
Suggestion for a new pitch shifter plugin

Well, that wouldn't be that simple, though in the "secret" project it will be possible. I just hope the beta could be out before christmas...
Anyway what you mean by diatonic/scale option?

By diatonic/scale option, I mean that instead of it shifting the pitch by the same amount always, for example 4 semitones up, it will change the amount of semitones to fit in a chosen scale, for example:
User will choose a scale, such as C major, and the harmonized voice interval, such as a third above:
play a c = shift up 4 semitones to e
play a d = shift up 3 semitones to f (to stay within the C major scale)
e = 3 to g
f = 4 to a
g = 4 to b
a = 3 to c
b = 3 to d
this would require the plugin to indentify what pitch I am playing.
Mu-voice does this, but unfortunately it doesn't work well on my system nor does it
track my flute properly. http://www.mu-technologies.com/

this one does diatonic shifting also, but it does not sound so good for my use (voice and flute).

Aaaha, ook, well, working on the pitch identification right now, so far it's not so good, but it will get better hopefully
