I love the MSEG's in Zebra and cant get enough of them. I think the future of synth presets are patches that evolve within a given time like 4 bars or 16 bars. Normally what is available atm. 4 LFO's 2 Global LFO's and 4 MSEGs is enough for single tone patches, but if you have to use MSEG for sequencing tonal stuff then you run short of mod sources pretty quick.

Etc... you need 1 MSEG for the actual tonal sequence, then another for making rests and volume and yet another for filter envelope.

K so if i make a dual sequence (2 seperate sequences) i would need 6 MSEG's

3 sequences = 9 MSEGs, 4 sequences = 12 MSEG's.

To better explain what im getting at i tried max a 4 tonal sequence patch with the available mod sources:

MSEG 1-4 doing sequences
LFO 1-2 controls volume and rest on 2 MSEG
LFO 3 sweeps lowpass filter
LFO 4 act as envelope trigger
LFOG1 Sweeps hipass filter
LFOG2 Sweeps lowpass filter

Yeah, i tried having 4 instances of Zebra do roughly the same and it was a pain in the ... having to go back and forth all the time between instances to corrects common parameters.

K, this was my little voicing why i'd like to see more MSEGs ;)
