Does anyone know if there's been a bank of zebrify presets made? I know of two banks that include 20 or 30:

Zebrasonix
http://www.producerloops.com/Download-P ... sonix.html

and 1st Encounter
http://www.patchpool.de/Sounds/uhe_sub/zebra.html

They both seem like they have some very high quality content, but I'm really looking just for a boatload of zebrify patches.

thanks,

Once the current beta cycle is over there'll be a nice factory bank for Zebrify too!

But I'm so impatient.

No but seriously that's great news, and I much look forward to it, but my schedule gives me about 5 good days a year for music-related stuff and this year that'll be in early december. I was hoping to spend part of that time messing around with zebrify so if there's anything available right away, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks for the info!

There are some zebrify patches on the Patchlib:

8 zebrify: http://u-he.com/PatchLib/presets/z2/Zeb ... reebee.zip
1 from justin3am: http://u-he.com/PatchLib/presets/zebrif ... lterfm.zip
6 from aMUSEd: http://u-he.com/PatchLib/presets/zebrif ... -lo-fy.zip

I know 15 isn't a lot but it's better than zero. :) And Like Urs said there are people in the background working on some more and will be released eventually.

If you are desperate, here are some experiments of mine ... ;)

PS: You'll want to try different Input settings with these, for example:
[Input] > Pitch Detector > Mode = Percussive
Play with HiNote & LowNote values etc ...
[MIDI] > KeySource = Input (great with loops) or MIDI

Thanks for the pointers!

Rumba, there's some cool trash stuff in your bank but I'm curious about what value the oscs have? Most of the patches just produce loud high pitched noise and buzzing until I remove the oscillators.

I'm updating the bank ... (hopefully tonight) ... it will make more sense and you can deconstruct what I've done. What I offered were only rudimentary starting points.

The basic idea is that as audio passes through it beats against the OSCs. Using Percussive mode with loops you can get some quite delightfully wonky noodling effects ... but it takes a fair bit tweaking to hit the sweet spot ...

Three extra demo presets using OSCs. Use with clean / minimalist loops.

PS: Admin: please don't add these to the PatchLib - a revised bank is on it's way ...
