I didn't like the filters too much on the Mono Poly, is there any trick to using them correctly?

Aside from that, I also demoed the M1. So tempting to buy. All my 90's workstation needs fulfilled!

Just ordered the Digital Edition from Musicians Friend for $129 and will register and get all the plugs. I got them to price match Guitar Center who has a $20 off $100 or more coupon.

Just tried the MS20 on my laptop, what a fiddly interface, why the scroll bar?

it has an excellent sound but it seems so designed for use with the controller that it's a PITA without it, If I do buy it I'd have to hunt one down....

For the price/quality I could live with it's shortcomings... :|

You need to get that wax out of your ears. The ESQ-1 is under rated.
You need to get the shit out of your head...........The ESQ was great in it's day but has long since lost it's appeal which is why it's leaning up against the wall and not even connected anymore.

+100
this really makes using this synth an absolute pain! And that's so sad, because it sounds great and has some nice possibilities. But with this scrolling it's just annoying.
It's totally not understandable, why they never fixed it. :(

I haven't waded through this thread but...I'm interested in the M1, but not only do I see no demo version, I don't even see any demo audio tracks. Are they somewhere and I'm just not seeing them?

You need to register and then sign in to get access to the downloads page where the demos are. To register click the buy button on one of the synths. The page reloads again for some reason. Click "buy" again and then you'll go to the login/register page. Register and then login at www.korguser.net and go to the downloads page.

OK, I actually own Legacy Analog so maybe I just need to log into my account to see the DL's. Thanks.

can't get M1 to authorise  I downloaded the latest installer, yet when I enter my computer ID to authorise a message states that it can't regsiter (generate a reply) because I am using an older version... I used to own KLC 2007 possibly a registration entry somewhere ... anyone else had similar???

I was interested in M1 with all those 3400 sounds they advertise.
but I really don't want to work with small interfaces on my large screen anymore.
hmm, kind of undecided.

I just had a listen to a few presets of the entire legacy during an hour

On the analog side i'm really impressed by the monopoly both soundwise and featurewise, more than the two others because this one seems way more versatile... and i like it arpeggiator very much !

:hyper:

On the digital side IMHO, only considering both the quality, diversity and optimisation of the patches and combinations as well as the quite low CPU print, i'm persuaded you simply can't go wrong at such a price...

I saw that you get an extra discount when you have M1 Le, but you have to register it. So... Now I'm trying to get an account online but it crashes halfway through. Does it all work on your end?
