It is sounding almost as some kind of Combinator. I was thinking that you are working on sort of Transient Shaper
Actually, Uhbik-X *is* that tool I've mentioned elsewhere. One thing that I've been trying to implement is transient/sustain separation so that you can have different effects on each.

(I however also recommend to look at Zebrify... it can do very, very spiffy things with transients, "ess" and "tonality"... this set of modulators is of course also coming to Uhbik-X - I hope that we'll soon have better documentation on this)

Yeah Uhbik-X would be great :D

Just Voted for you ;)

I voted pro-Uhbik too. They're some of the very few plugins that offer interesting surround functionality. :tu:

Yeah... afaik SOS never reviewed it, so I guess it's been below their radar all those years. I wonder what they think they're hearing when they watch Inception...

You're kidding, right? SOS has never reviewed Zebra??

It seems the closest they got was this: http://www.soundonsound.com/sos/1994_ar ... yello.html :hihi:

Nope. The review of Uhbik almost took me by surprise. They once "mentioned" Zoyd and they had a minireview on MFM 1.0. Back in 2002/2003.

In the meantime Filterscape, ACE and Zebra have pretty much won all awards that one can't buy (that's awards that don't officially need to pay for), but SOS remains to be the last one of the big magazines that's mostly blind on the u-he spot.

Voted.

Uhbiks are pretty much my only FX plugins, apart from some Voxengo bits and pieces. Add a versatile, good sounding compressor, and a nice paragraphic EQ and I'll only use Uhbik! :-)
