Armin van Buuren uses Sylenth1, not sure if DJ's come more famous than him ?

Really? Where did you get this? I've seen him use v-station, but I don't recall sylenth.

Also, Above and Beyond is a big fan (there's a video on youtube from some conference where Jono Grant discusses it. Sean Tyas (from his FM dvd video), Airbase (from youtube tutorials), Ummet Ozcan (has several banks available also), Leon Bolier (video of him using it on Shimamoto I think).
That's the ones I remember right now and that I can confirm.

This one from Lennard himself. I told Lennard to put stuff like this on his site, there are so many profs who are so enthousiastic about Sylenth1 that I'm sure they'd have no problem with putting a little quote on his site. He was interviewing Gabriel (from Gabriel & Dresden) and at one point they were talking about gear and he brought Sylenth1 up, Gabriel hadn't heard of it so since they were doing the interview in his studio, my friend demoed him Sylenth1 and Gabriel was totally in shock ! My friend said Gabriel repeatedly had said he couldn't believe the sound was coming out of a soft synth. I told Lennard this, and told him he should put stuff like this on his site but unfortunately that hasn't happened. I'm not really sure why. Sometimes I find that a bit disappointing, I know Lennard personally, he has (imho) the best synth on the market, if he'd focus a bit more on the marketing/commercial aspect, like Urs for example does very well, there'd be so much more in it for him ...

i have watched couple of his "studio tour" on youtube. there you can see clearly that he use (at least used to use) cubase sx3. dongle emulator icon on the system tray. sylenth was registered to amplify, if i remember right. there was many others too. maybe you can still find those videos on youtube. peace.

Ah, ok. I have watched lots of his production videos and I can see there are lots of cd/dvd boxes in his bedroom, I think they are all original gear, I didnt notice some problem.

By the way... Leon Bolier is one of my fave producers... Very original sounds and quality melodies...
