Just tested. Both the bell-like artifacts when changing waveforms and clicks with VCF5 Vintage2 are still present in the latest beta.
Yeah, that's something I havn't addressed yet. Dunno, might indeed be an AMD 64 bit problem.

Any chance to have the 32 bit DLL updates (especially interested in checking Zebra2 ARP + swing fixes)?

Thanks,
Mario

The new zips have 32 and 64-bit dlls for windows. I don't know if the swing fix is in there though.

Thanks bmrzycki!

Swing should be fixed. Take with grain of salt.

I tried a 10 minutes arp+lfo loop in Logic against an inverted loop triggered every other bar. The result was almost perfect silence. But when it actually looped, there was a tiny phase offset. After the enxt loop the phase offset was gone.

Thanks for update Urs! GUI bug with white lines seems to be gone!

But I have a strange problem in this beta. Some of my presets made in previous beta got silent. I found that VCF @ AP Phaser 8 mode mutes the output. Can anybody please confirm this?

Ah, yes, that's another thing... I'm still puzzled by this one though.

Hmmm, not on a quick try (AU though) - if you could send a preset, that'd be cool.

You might have an accidental MIDI Learn maybe? - Does it happen when you press play on your host?

The behavior definitely changed. In previous beta white lines appear every time I minimize and restore Cubase window. Now it's fixed.

Here's a simple preset. Actually new presets suffer from this bug as well. If active AP Phaser 8 is in the signal chain then output is muted. Disable the VCF module and audio is back again. It's 100% reproducible here in Cubase 5 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.

Interesting... works here in both 32 and 64 bit on Mac. Will check on Win as soon as I boot into it.

Thanks for the input MFXxx. The audio example I posted above uses almost no CPU. Here's a screenshot of the CPU usage while running the project realtime in the 64-bit version of Reaper:

Actually it's not the CPU its the VST Performance meter in Cubase5 which is ASIO and not CPU I think.

Sorry to say that I still get the lines in FL Studio when GUI is set to large and small, regardless of the skin.

The original skin still shows a white rectangle on the right side of the GUI.

Sometimes when I have the large skin and select a preset, the size of the GUI shrinks to "normal" but the font inside is still large, so I only see 1/3 of the UI.

This update has not resolved any of the GUI issues I am having in FL Studio. Just FYI

hmmm... that can easily be. I mainly worked on the normal size to see what can be done about the lines. Each size has its own fast blitting routine to save cpu, and obviously these are messed up a little. I'll try to understand the fix for the mormal size (as I said, I'm not confident about it) and pull it over to the expanded ones as well.

Cool. Thanks.

I'll take this opportunity to let you know that the Uhbik plugins have a very thin dark blue border that shouldn't be there.

Most noticeable with Uhbik G, P, S, T

I haven't tried these yet but noticed this blue border after installing the demo last night.
