Yep, removing the blue border was paid for by getting the white lines back. Something in my blit code is wrong, but at least I have a suspicion now :)

Scrapped, couldn't find where the Uhbik x64were installed....found in Modulation plugin menu? :)

Thank you Urs :)

You could only make me happier if we could see a screen of the temporary Tyrell N6 GUI (if you have something ready)

Cheers

Found a bug with this version, Reaper v3.73/32-bit Windows 7, newly released Zebra2.

Loaded up Zebra Factory -> 3 Fillers -> HS Almost Strings+. When a note is sustained what sounds like filtered noise shows up. It definitely wasn't there in the previous beta.

Here's an audio clip:
http://www.u-he.com/PatchLib/tmp/almost ... _noise.mp3

From an initial examination of the preset it seems to be coming from OSC2 and not the Combs. The problem seems to stem from modulating the Phase/PW.

Dear Urs,
I had my finger on the Filterscape buy button again today and it is still itching as I finally found some time to really test and understand the possbilities of this monster and I'm pretty much sold already. The only question: Will you enlarge it's GUI sooner or later and make it 64 Bit, my eyes are getting a bit tired from all the computer work and the Filterscape GUI is really small.
Thank's
Simon

Hi

Still having ASIO issues with Uhbik x64.

System i7 2.67ghz•6GB triple 1600mhz•RME Fireface800@128 (have tried 256 & 512)
Windows7x64 + Cubase5.5.2x64

Have 10 buses running with a mixture of plug ins on some 8 bar loops to test. ASIO showing around 50% in the ASIO meter. Stick in any Uhbik vst and the ASIO flies up to 75%-80%+ and system start crackling. I am sure that this can't be right, have more complex vsts like Nebula3Pro or Aether and when inserted doesn't go anywhere near that reading on my rig.

Any ideas or help welcome :)

Thnaks

AU Zebra beta...

LFO's in random mode don't work right... all distorted

Well... hmmm... that's beta then - I think I need to dig a bit deeper... strange issues... maybe just a compiler setting.

Urs wrote:No, you just need to move Zebra2.data (Bazille.data... ACE.data...) to C:\Users\you\Documents\ and put a shortcut back to Vstplugins. If Zebra doesn't find Zebra2.data in its enclosing doirectory, it looks for a Shortcut/Symbolic link named Zebra2.data (Zebra2.data.lnk, but the suffix is hidden in Explorer).
This worked great for me!!! :)

Of course, it WOULD be nice if this wasn't necessary! ;)

(Thanks to bmrzycki for pointing me here too!)

As a side note and totally in the wrong topic, Zebra (version 2.5 is the only one I've used, so far) just brought me back to my teen years and the good old analogs/modular whatever we could lay our hands on back then.

This plug is absolutely outstanding, I am enjoying making sounds again, immensely. It is sooo easy compared to a lot of other soft synths I've used. And I like the fact that the oscillator is basically a synth in its own right, and THEN you can modulate it, lol. Geeez, Urs, am I sorry I didn't pick this one up earlier. You must have an exceptional mind!

Actually, thinking about it... how can a compliment EVER be the wrong topic? ;)
/E

VST3 is supported by (KVR sig <= 255 characters): Check my Steinberg sig

The Installation manuals for MFM2 and Filterscape already have that information in detail, the ones for Z2/ACE/Bazille will follow.
Can't find such info anywhere in those manuals... but perhaps I didn't look hard enough.

In the Windows downloads for MFM2/Filterscape 64-bit beta, in the installation pdf... (which I think I promised to send you... arrrgh...)

Huh? Really? Did you notice that with any specific modules?
