It looks like it is not only the updated plug-ins, right?
We have just checked and it looks like a regression with the latest version of Reaper (3.66 just worked well). We will have a look at it to understand the problem, but I guess it's worth checking on the Reaper forum as well.

Just for the record, the bug in Reaper has now been fixed (v3.74pre4).
