Multiple USB input devices

Ok, so this has probably been gone over in a different forum but it is really bugging me.

Is there anyway to use multiple USB devices on the Receptor 2? My band purchased a Pro version, it has 7 usb ports. What on earth are they for if you can only have one usb device at a time?

I love how stable the receptor is live, but I am finding this and the fact that I can't easily make a mirror image backup of the drive very annoying.

Does anyone have workarounds? or is there something I have missed? Maybe an update to the firmware in the works...
