Hi all,
I've lost all presets (even factory) of all my Sugar bytes products :
EFFECTRIX
WOW
UNIQUE
and ARTILLERY.
I'm on OSX Tiger, and protools 7.4
I'm using also the Fxpansion Wrapper.
This is quit strange because I've got all my others plugins presets !!
have you got any idea ?

I had this happen as well. And I don't know why. Suddenly all my presets were gone for Vogue, Effectrix and Artillery2. The only thing I had done was install Kore 2 (which also happens to be a sort of VST/AU wrapper, but i don't know if that has anything to do with it). I'm pretty sure I had them before I installed that, but not after.
I reinstalled all three so now the presets are back. Weird.

Reinstall is a good idea,
before please backup your user-presets
and delete the plist-files.
These can be found here:
USER:Library:Preferences:com.sugar-bytes.PRODUCT-NAME.plist
That should fix it.

This is an old thread but thought I would add to this for anyone googling this problem such as myself.
Using the built in uninstaller and then fresh install did not work for me so I downloaded the freemium uninstaller Revo Uninstaller to remove, reinstalled and now the presets are back!
