New idea for the wishlist : Modifie vst plugin by values and not via the plugin's gui2011-01-19T12:58:48+00:00It would be great if the setting of a vst plugin could be adjusted by entering the number of the desired value, instead of using the gui of the plugin ; especially for some plugin that give no indication on the actual value, like NyquistEq (http://www.kvraudio.com/db/1120).
Something like what Vsthost do
Thanks for this great tool.Da Brownhttps://www.kvraudio.com/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=230686

i like it. maybe a tiny button (those pesky buttons) that would switch between a generic interface and the normal one, sorta like live? awesome idea! i love a number over a slider in some circumstances. makes me feel like im in control lol plus i have gotten used to it in my other favorite software.
i vote numerical fields get put in anywhere there is a parameter to tweak.
i just realized that you can do this by making a midi cc sequence for any parameter you desire to set to a particular value.
maybe add a module that will send a cc message that has a numeric field built in? that way if you want to tweak the parameter with a knob you could, and by numerical input as well.
