There's no info I can find on uninstalling BlueCat plugin demos from OS X.

sorry for that. The information is indeed missing. To remove the plug-ins, you can simply remove them from the directory where they have been installed (which depends on the format).
If you still have the disc image for one of them, there is a shortcut in it that will bring you to this location. Just double click on it and find the plug-ins you want to get rid of. Just move them to the trash and you are done!
