It says 'Download product' on the page. But... if you're not from UK they add shipping charges (around £3) to Sweden which is annoying. I've mailed customer service.shanecgriffo wrote:its not download is it?, and they dont deliver to australia it looks like!MFXxx wrote:Thought this might be of interest.

I've used IntaAudio before and have always at good intro deals with izotope (last summer Alloy was around £130 which I didn't buy but was a significant saving at that time).
Even with shipping on a download at £3.00 you still can't complain.
Could be a misprint but I'd say it's ganuine and more realistic pricing for this plugin. Kind of like the Korg Khaos pad but plug in. I had fun anyway with the demo. The sales gone through and shows as completed in paypal + my Intaaudio account and should be dispatched Monday (as no dispatch on weekends).
If you like it this seems to be the 'No brainer deal' to go for.

I'm not complaining about the price, it's great. I'm complaining that they either forgot to tick their 'Download only'-option in their order system or they simply haven't got that feature. If so, it exists on lesser great bargains too = someone should ask/tell them about it which I did.MFXxx wrote:Even with shipping on a download at £3.00 you still can't complain.

No Worries Jensa, I go by the saying ''don't look a gift horse in the mouth'' ;•)
NovaMusic had the same issue with theirs and hopefully IntaAudio are the same by not actually charging the dispatch fee on the final transaction, hope you get it sorted.
Just hope they haven't made a mistake as it's a great (too good to be true) deal

Yep, no worries. I'll might order Omnisphere at the same time and then I will pay the same shipping charges (which are indeed much lesser than DV247 and a few others shipping to Sweden).MFXxx wrote:No Worries Jensa, I go by the saying ''don't look a gift horse in the mouth'' ;•)

if I'm not mistaken, Sweden has a VAT rate of 25%jensa wrote:It says 'Download product' on the page. But... if you're not from UK they add shipping charges (around £3) to Sweden which is annoying. and if i recall correctly, inta-audio only add 19% VAT to the order.
perhaps the extra £3 is to cover the higher rate of VAT in Sweden ?

sux man, but I guess it makes sense as it would be crazy cheap without vat. Maybe iZotope have forbidden them to sell outside of europe for that reason ?syclick wrote:I tried purchasing Stutter Edit from IntaAudio, but after entering my PayPal info, IntaAudio says they do not ship to the United States.
HOWEVER: if you have a trusted european friend, they could buy it for you and simply pass the serial on to you when they receive it ?
Or maybe not. I don't know if that would work, just thinking out loud [/disclaimer]

I don't think it has anything to do with that. If it's differing VAT they should normally state it and not hide it behind Shipping and handling costs. My (in)experienced take on this is that their system don't discern between download and physical products. If the shipping wouldn't have been free for UK mainland you would to have the same problem I guess. It might be simple as that they haven't thought about it or implemented it or maybe even cared about it. It costs money to develop a webshop.Slinky Productions wrote:sux man, but I guess it makes sense as it would be crazy cheap without vat. Some shops don't sell outside USA, some shops don't sell outside Europe. Sorry to hear.

Yeah great plugin this. Very much like a kaoss pad (touchscreen version ftw lol). Anyone outside the UK/Europe why not shoot Inta an email, maybe they have an alternative way for you to purchase...

^ already have.
Crossing my fingers on this one...would love to have this plug, but it's much more difficult to fit the extra fifty-some-odd dollars into my budget.

I've emailed them as well. I noticed that they had an eBay auction going on earlier for Stutter Edit at that exact same price. Would've been a great way to get around this.

Yeah that was a "do i really need this" kinda price. But then i saw this thread and now it's firmly in the "oh hell yes" category.autumndreams wrote:^ already have.

I've had good dealings with retailers in the past, they'll often try and sort something out if it's possible. Guess it depends if iZotope are restricting the sale to europeans.

Ok, I finally heard back from IntaAudio. Here's what they have to say:
I've emailed them back asking about alternate payment methods. I don't care to spend a bunch more on an international wire transfer.Hi There
Im afraid our website isnt setup to take orders from the USA, if you would like we can take payment via direct bank transfer and send you the order that way through email.
If you would like to go ahead this way i can send you our bank details.
Kind Regards
