So how do I access my Receptor Hard Drive?
Back in November, when the Apple update rendered Receptor remote useless, there was a 'quick fix' via the Chicken of the VNC...
Great for the Receptor GUI - but how do I see the Receptor Hard Drive?
I need to place custom loops & samples for Kontact, onto the hard drive via my computer.
I need to do this right away, and don't see how the VNC solution can access the Hard Drive.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi JV,
Have you tried to 'Connect To Server" (via Samba) in Mac OS?
If you go to "Connect To Server" from the finder (I forget which menu drop-down it is on), it will bring up a dialog asking for the address of a server to connect to. You can use the IP address of your receptor as the address of the server.
eg.
Go to the setup page to determine your receptor's IP address, let's say it is 192.168.000.001
In your "connect to" dialog, type in the address smb://192.168.000.001 This should find your receptor, and give you either a login box, or a finder window for your receptor's HD.
Hope this helps,
Kevin L
