I guess if you have a trusted european friend, they could buy the serial for you and pass it on ?

As a suggestion try non paypal or simply changing your paypal address for 1 transaction, it's not illegal to move and set up in Europe or the like.

Just thinking outsife the box. Or pay by debit/credit card and delivery address to the shop? I've done that before

I think the reason is that the system on their site thinks it's a physical product and not a digital delivery because they charged 3 pounds for shipping when I bought this. That's probably why it doesn't allow for example Americans to buy it, because the system thinks it's a physical product. Send them an email.

Anyways, for 60 pounds it's a great plugin

Crap. Well, I'd try to pay with my card, but the "billing address" thing is still stuck within Europe. I've sent customer service an e-mail, hopefully I'll get a response after the weekend's over.

Yes i got confirmation that the order had gone through and that i would receive my serial shortly. I also got confirmation that i shouldnt have been charged for shipping and that the shipping would be refunded to me.

When trying to authorize stutter edit offline i keep getting an error message "your licence file is not valid" when prompting to the license file i downloaded from izotope.

Of course i doublechecked the license number and the challenge code.

Still waiting for an answer from izotopes support.
Does anybody have a clue?

what machine was used to create the challenge code ?
if it's not the same as the machine you wish to authorise that's probably the source of your problem.

that's the best I've got.

No...

I ordered on Saturday, and about 45 mins later I emailed asking what the process is regarding the delivery of the serial. That was before I realised that on their Stutter Edit page they state that weekend orders don't get delivered until monday, or 24 hrs after payment during the week.

So this morning they replied to that email shortly after 9am GMT, to notify me that weekend orders will be processed today and I should receive my serial 'later on'

according to their website they take sales calls until 17:30 GMT, so that's 30 mins from now so it's still possible I will receive the serial today.

If it doesn't come in today I'm not going to worry, but if I don't get it by mid-late afternoon tomorrow I'll give them a call.

I happened to read on another forum I lurk that a user phoned them and he was reassured of their legitimacy by the phonecall. He's a familiar user to me so I trust his judgement..

Yeah i know what you mean. I also ordered saturday and got an email at 11.00 gmt. Still no serial though so more patience is required

Still no serial or response from Inta Audio here either. Ordered just after midnight from Saturday into Sunday GMT.
