First of all, i am sorry for such a noob question...
What is supposed to be better on a Win7 64?
I can install both reaper 32 or 64, i am just waiting your suggestion...
BTW if i will install the 64 version it would be compatible with my projects done with the 32 bit one?
Thanks in advance

I had high hopes for 64-bit because of the higher number of processor registers available. Unfortunately this was outweight by the higher demand of memory.
Basically what you gain is... nothing.
However, 64-bit applications can address more memory so there are advantages if you work with large sample libraries. If you don't you may as well keep working with 32 bit apps.
On document level (presets...) my plugins are compatible between 32 and 64 bit. It is however up to the host to replace the plugin accordingly. For instance, Logic just uses the wrapped 32-bit version of a plugin instead of its 64-bit counterpart. Which is stupid, but they may have their reasons (I guess a certain big name company - not NI - f**ked this up again)
