With some clever programing you can make the delay buffers do some crazy things. It may not be structured like the plug-ins you mentioned but it can do a lot of the same stuff, with more flexibility (imho, ymmv).

Yeah, I think MFM2 + Uhbik-G aka GrainDad (pun on Braindead of course) will do weirdest forms of glitch, from subtle hiccups over occasional stutters to the wild side that has no name.
