Idea for a new patch comp + sticky: Early Electronic Gurus!

Hi Urs and everyone!

I'd like to run an ACE patch competition. Its going to be orientated about the early gurus of electronic music.



I think it would be really interesting and insightful for people to learn about the origins of the synths they (myself included) might sometimes take for granted.

One documentary I love watching over and over is this.. "What the Future Sounded like"



Anyway, would love to know your thoughts.

I also would like to make a sticky post where people can access video documentaries like the one above about synths..

Synth Britannia is a great one too...

I love those youtube videos. Fascinating. I find the early days of electronic music fascinating. I find myself trying to use modern software synths to capture the sounds of the early days.
