Needing plugin to trigger MIDI notes to my VST's

I am currently rebuilding my studio/live setup with AudioMulch. AM does not have a sequencer built in, but I can add via VST, control via MIDI. Phrazor looked to be the perfect application to trigger my FabFilter VST synth's, of course, no longer available. Using AudioMulch, I need to trigger samples from a Livid Block or Monome controller, a plugin to trigger my VST's with MIDI notes, all in unison/sync, giving me control in real time for a live performance. Will any of the current plugins accomplish such? I'm after something akin to Ableton Live, but more modular with my choosing in plugins.
