Problems w/ Receptor Remote Control

Hello,
I have this annoying problem when using Receptor Remote Control to connect to my Rec 2 Pro. About every half hour i'll lose my connection. I won't be able to click on anything in my Mixer window BUT if i Right Click and i can get this menu ( see link at the bottom ). Its a Linux menu, not a Mac menu. To remedy, i have to close the window and reconnect.

Its to do with the switching between applications. I'm constantly Cmd-Tabbing between Kontakt, etc.. and the Rec Remote Control. If i just stay working on the Receptor window it won't happen. It doesn't seem to matter what app i'm switching between. Something about the constant flipping around. I haven't tested on Windows, i'm on a Mac Pro

I submitted a help ticket with Muse, but they don't know.

Anyone else seen this?? Its really slowing me down.
