Hi.. just got ACE.. very phat/awesome synth woha! Wasnt expecting such good value.
I wanted to find out how i can make the notes velocity sensitive..
In my DAW (Ableton), when i change the velocity of the notes on the piano roll, the velocity/loudness stay the same.
What do i need to wire in the ACE patch (i think its velocity down the bottom -> to something) ?
Cheers

There are a couple of ways to do what you're after.
Take a look at Factory -> JL Death Star. You can see on Envelope 2 (the bottom one in the ADSR section) there's a "vel level" knob as well as 2 lower knobs with ... that the patch maker used to assign both to Velocity as its target.
Next, check out Factory -> bass -> BT dynamic grinder (vel) that uses the velocity source at the bottom to directly modulate the amount of lfo2 is applied to VCF1 (follow the cord upwards).
Lastly, take a look at Factory -> HS Noisy Parker for a trick to create non-linear velocities with mapping generator and velocity (tweak page).
Hope that helps.

Ye that seems to help... so using the first 2 methods.. that should make it so if i lower the velocity of some notes in my daw (ableton), it will make the notes a bit softer/quieter then other notes?
simple yet complex
