While we can hope for those important minor features to come along like swing for the arp finally, there doesn't seem like much chance when he can't even be bothered to release a minor update which seems perfectly stable from a year long beta.
We've also had a long beta period for SynthMaster 2.5, since October 20 of 2010, but... we've had constant progress, as can be read below:

Since we're still in beta period, we are continuing our %20 off offer, but maybe we should start a special "crossgrade" offer for folks here who are looking for a constant evolving product.
Works at KV331 Audio
SynthMaster voted #1 in MusicRadar's "Best Synth of 2019" poll
SynthMaster One voted #4 in MusicRadar's "Best Synth of 2019" poll

Fair enough. I'm specifically talking about a beta that does not get updated.

Here is another reason for shying away from the purchase - the new OS. This summer, or around, APPLE will release OS X Lion. I don't know what it means for software synthesis on the new OS X. But if there will be some changes required for compatibility - it is a worrisome topic for owners of the software synth the latest version of which was proudly released in 2008. And it is the last posting on the main page of the developer...

Unfortunately, the world of computer applications, music or otherwise, requires presence and swift response from the coders. Things change constantly, and on a deep level - they change quite often. If I see the posting circa 2008 as the last one on the programmer's page, I assume it may take him/them three years at least to adopt new requirements for just released OS. By this time it will may as well be an OS X Bobcat...

The best thing Lennard can do is to chime in here and assure everyone that things are OK and he has his hands on the ball.
It will not just calm down the existing customers, but also win some new ones.

Isn't that what any business - small or large - really exists for, to sell?
