I can't tell from the posters on this, but is this another Mac vs. PC thing? The few that have identified their systems were Mac users, I think...

I'm all about the 'Hey, it's only $15' thing, but not if it's just borked.

I installed this under Windows 7 32 bit os and the sounds are not showing up either standalone or vst. No install instructions or documentation. Anyone having success?

Considering guckli's experience in this thread, where he actually got it working:

I think I'll pass on this one unless some magic happens. Just sounds like wayyyyy more grief than it's worth. :(

So I immediately uninstalled it. There is a chance that the PACE drivers are causing havoc on some systems.
Somehow, I doubt that. I think it's more likely that it's the software itself, since it's known to not be the most solid software. Unless they are installing some funky modified drivers, which I highly doubt. But hey, you never know.

I'm wondering if this instrument uses the now defunct Gigastudio technology since it is older and only $15.
Some of the GVI instruments would not work if installed on an XP Service Pack 3 machine.

Well, I had to manually delete the 2 DLL files, plus the PACE service. That is the reason why one has to restart to computer after installation.

Thanks a lot for the heads up... I just bought EON and it sounds great. I'm finding the big reverb presets sit into my playbacks really nicely and sometimes better than in my Sony Oxford or Redline verbs. 29 euros well spent:)

What synth are you talking about?

The last post mentioned EOS (mistakenly called EON), which is a reverb. Plus, Audio Damage doesn't have demos of any type.
