Reaper doesn't recognize mfilter?

Hello,
I have bought the meldaproduction creative bundle and I just realized that reaper (32 bit on windows XP home 32 bit) doesn't recognize mfilter. I have done a rescan, restarted reaper, reinstalled the bundle but nothing.
All other 17 plugins are recongized.
Orion8 recognizes mfilter without a problem (so there are 18 plugins to choose from).
It's the first time I encounter a plugin that doesn't work in reaper.
Is there something I can do to make reaper recongize mfilter?
Greetz,
manducator

it's fine here.
Find your reaper-vstplugins.inifile (in the Application Data folder) and make a back-up copy.
Delete the MFilter line, save the file and start Reaper.

Darkstar,
I just tried that but it didn't work. I even deleted that file completely, so reaper was forced to scan all plugins again. Nothing. Very strange.
Could reinstalling reaper help?

I wouldn't think so.
You could try "Clear cache and rescan" in Reaper

Already tried that. Didn't work.DarkStar wrote:You could try "Clear cache and rescan"
Reisntalling reaper didn't work either.
This afternoon I installed and uninstalled the free bundle. That could have something to do with it, maybe, but it's strange that reinstalling the creative bundle doesn't bring back all plugins.
Maybe Vojtech does know about some registry entries that could cause the trouble?
I'm sure I did install it correct, since orion 8 recognizes mfilter.

I just checked on my other pc (windows7 64-bit) in reaper 64-bit and there mfilter is recognized without any problem.
So the problem is really connected to my internet pc. The only difference I can think of, is the fact that I had the free bundle installed and uninstalled.

This is definitely not related to any registry entries or something like that, since the plugins don't use any. I'd recommend uninstalling everything, running reaper (which should therefor find no plugins whatsoever) and installing it again. If this doesn't help, write me an email and I'll send you the 5.00beta (soon to be released).

Hello everybody,
My problem is solved thanks to the help of Vojtech from meldaproduction:
I had two plugins called 'mfilter.dll' on my pc but I didn't knowt.
The second mfilter was from tal:
http://kunz.corrupt.ch/?Products:VST_Multi_Filter
Deleting that dll solved the case for me.
Thanks, vojtech!!
