Minor Bug/Problem

If I attempt to save a new version of a patch using the same name with a different case initial letter i.e. "Lead1" and "lead1", the saving procedure appears to go okay (I don't get the "a preset with that filename already exists!" warning), but the new version isn't saved. At least I can't see it in the directory...
