Can't Direct Install from Mac, Pls Help!

Hi all,

Sorry if this post is redundant to an earlier one, trying to get Komplete 5 onto my Receptor 1 (rev C, latest OS).

I'm running the Receptor in a home network with an iMac (10.6) and and old G4 (10.4). Both Macs can see the Receptor. But when I try to install Komplete on the Receptor the Direct Install function keeps asking over and over again for the Komplete install disc, which I keep putting in but keeps getting rejected.

I'm lost without these plug-ins, has anyone seen anything like this? The Plugorama site says Komplete 5 is Direct Installable, but no luck otherwise.

Any suggestions for workarounds or solutions greatly appreciated!
