What do you mean? What is specific in this view for you?

sorry! this is mostly the lowest octaves and there is lots of resolution. I would easily be able to differentiate between bass guitar and kick and find the exact freqs

I have no idea of the scale here, but with higher values of the "Precision" parameter you should be able to differentiate clearly between bass and kick and get the exact frequency values.

BTW if you intend to make comparisons between tracks, you might want to check our multiple tracks spectral analysis plug-in, Blue Cat's FreqAnalyst Multi:

it was c.20-550Hz

I always have Precision all the way up when working in the low end. what is the FFT size when Precision is at 10?

I think what I really need is more space between peaks and troughs
