mic converter to plug into iPad?

Does anyone know of a good microphone adapter that I can use to plug a mic into an iPad?

Thats good, but I think you have to use the iMic, I want to use a beta 57. I may end up doing it with an iMic though.Muzik 4 Machines wrote:imic from IK?

I've looked for USB adaptors that peope say do wok with the iPad but haven't seen anything definitive.

Our iRig Mic would work best. We also h ave the iRig and some users have reported using it as a 1/4" adapter to use with a real preamp. Then they use a normal mic like a Beta 57 or any condenser. You'll find that the iRig Mic has great quality though.
