U-he Ace Install Mac

Hi

I have been running Ace in Demo mode on my mac for about 2 weeks, I decided in this short time that it was awesome.

So I purchased it, however it is not recognizing the user/serial (I am typing it correctly). The first few times however I made mistakes as logic would not allow me to enter some letters in capitals and I did not notice.

Has anyone had this problem on a mac / know if U-he makes any history files that may need to be deleted or perhaps anything about license and if file permissions are required to be changed anywhere?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
