This Satson is cool, had a kind of beneficial side-effect for me....some of my outboard had slowly crept up over 0dB....things sounding much more balanced now.

They did not speak Latin - and they didn't even have Emperors!bluedad wrote:Perhaps..that is, if Greeks spoke Latin.aircargo wrote: Sonimus Maximus just has a good ring to it, like a Greek Emperor.
In the ancient world the Greek had kings. The concept of Emperor was introduced by the Romans approx 27 B.C. - reflecting the republican refusual of Romans of monarchy.
And now back to saturation ...

Of all the butt-ugly tasteless hats I've seen being worn by the 'Royals' and wannabes, this door-knocker really takes the prize.
I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

Seems the dev has no time for demos, but for that price you cannot do anything wrong.

It doesn't matter how cheap "SatSon" might be.
As much as I like to try it myself - no demo, no purchase.
If there is no info regarding refunds either (which I'm sure might be a lot of hassle for certain firms), then buying it "blind" does offer a certain risk. I don't buy the cat-in-the-hat anymore after gaining experience with a certain from from Australia.
I'll wait another couple of days. If there is no demo planned or being released, I guess I have to pass on this one.

It would be in the "My Area" part of the website, where you find the PC and Mac downloads. But as of right now, the x64 update is not there.
