Hello Everyone,
I have 2 questions for you guys.
1.) I just downloaded the 7skies soundbank for massive but somehow in massive when I click on "Open File" and choose the .ksd file a pop out comes out and says "Couldn't Open File".. Any advice?
2.) 7 Skies also says he uses some of his leads from Soundbanks. I want that kind of lead where at first it's a pluck sort of and when you slowly increase the cut-off it becomes a lead. Like this for example. Do you know any soundbanks or presets that are similar to this?

Cheers!

Funny enough, the answer to all your questions is use Zebra.
Well, except for the first one, and the second one is a bit generic to any subtractive/VA synth ...
The growing spectral profile of plucks into trance arp can be as simple as mapping the modwheel to filter cutoff. In truth Zebra can do some very cool things along these lines by also integrating other modulations of the filter, and other destinations for the modwheel, so it's a bit like turning several knobs at once with one motion of the modwheel. HS Virtus+ in the 'lupins' section of the factory bank is a great example here.
[e] The free Zebra banks from Nick Moritz have more along these lines, as do others ...

I don't have Zebra so that really won't work. However I do have Massive but do you know what is wrong with loading the 7Skies sound bank?

You are aware that this IS NOT the forum for massive.Mr.Trancer wrote:I don't have Zebra so that really won't work. However I do have Massive but do you know what is wrong with loading the 7Skies sound bank?
It's the U-he forum. For U-he products only.
You must search the web for that synth, and post this in their own forum.
Not here!
A spammy op, or mistake?
I'll go with the former.
